Founded in March 2005, our current portfolio of properties includes a mix of commercial and residential holdings. Michael J. O'Brien is President of Oak Tree Development. During his 25 year career, Mr. O'Brien has been involved in the development, sale or leasing of over 10 million square feet of commercial and industrial space. Additionally, he has developed residential land projects, multi-family projects and purchased rows of city housing for redevelopment. Having resided in Central Pennsylvania for over 27 years, most of his work and projects are within 50 miles of Lancaster, PA.
